Tara D'orsi (00:02): We currently have five entities across the North America, and what NABI's goal is to legally bring those entities together, but not just legally, it's operationally. And it's about how people feel about Kyowa Kirin and One Kyowa Kirin. And, through the NABI project, it allows us to harness all this creativity and energy from different functions and across the company; from R&D all the way through sales and marketing. So there's some practical benefits of NABI, systems that are the same throughout the company making it easier just to operate throughout the day. But more importantly, it's about that same vision and mission grounded in our culture and values.
