Be Aware of Recruiting Scams
We have become aware that parties are fraudulently posing as Kyowa Kirin executives or recruiters to engage jobseekers via various online job search sites. These unauthorized individuals are using the Kyowa Kirin name and logo—and even images and titles of certain HR executives—to solicit fees or other information from interested jobseekers.
If you have received an unsolicited communication regarding an employment opportunity at Kyowa Kirin, please do not respond with any personal information, open any attachments, or click any hyperlinks.
Please Know
- We never ask for fees of any kind, which these individuals are characterizing as "placement," “administration,” or "processing" fees.
- We do not require the download of an app to create a candidate profile.
- We do not conduct interviews via chat rooms or instant messenger.
- We do not offer employment to any individual who hasn't undergone our thorough recruiting process.
Be Suspicious If...
- You receive communications from a non-Kyowa Kirin email address (e.g., yahoo.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com, aol.com) or if the company name is misspelled (e.g., kyowakirn.com).
- There are misspellings or poor grammar in the communication.
- The communication asks the recipient to "act now" or implies urgency.
- You haven't applied for a job with Kyowa Kirin, but received an immediate offer of employment or an employment contract that appears to be from Kyowa Kirin.
- You receive requests for sensitive personal or financial details, such as social security numbers, passport or visa data, bank account numbers, requests to access accounts or transfer any funds or to make or receive payments to or from a third party of any kind.
We never:
- Send unsolicited job offers or employment contracts of any kind.
- Conduct text or messenger-only interviews, particularly in internet chat rooms (e.g., Google Hangouts, Wire Secure Messenger).
- Require any fees, payments, or access to your financial, bank, or any other types of accounts.
- Ask for debit or credit card information.
We always:
- Require applicants to apply for jobs online via our website: https://kkna.kyowakirin.com/careers/
- Require applicants to interview with a Kyowa Kirin representative prior to the extension of any job offer.
